Here at Care Wise Behavioral Therapies, we believe all learners should have access to individualized values based care. Our model is based on a person centered approach; one where our professionals take the time to learn the unique challenges faced by our learners. We collaborate with all members of your child’s care team for ultimate quality of life outcomes. Our therapists will work closely with each child to individualize a care plan, and implement strategies for long term success of the entire family unit. We work alongside you and your loved one every step of the way, ensuring all members of the team are progressing towards the same goals.
Getting Started
Whether your loved one has just received a diagnosis of Autism, or they have had ABA in the past; our team would like to connect with you to ensure we are a good fit for your family. Please contact us so we can review your unique needs.
The process
Once we have determined our therapy model is a good fit for your family, we will need to collect information to determine your unique needs. New patient paperwork can be filled out ahead of time by following the link below. After all necessary documents are completed, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst will schedule a time to meet with you, complete interviews, and conduct a skills assessment.
Support where you need it
We work in homes, schools, and provide support out in the community. Our team will work with you to determine where support is needed.
